How does it work?

The Lease Contract in SAP contains all the necessary data points to automate the process of calculating the Right to Use Asset. In addition the Lease Contract integrates with the Finance module to generate invoices, collections and payments for a single point solution to meet current lease accounting requirements.

If a customer desires more features than Lease expense, collection and valuation capabilities, SAP Lease Contract can be optionally integrated with the Real Estate portfolio or linked with Equipment hierarchies maintained in Enterprise Asset Management (formerly Plant Maintenance) for a more robust and complete portfolio management solution.
